Joseph is the compassion/access ministry coordinator at Lifeway Global under the wheel of socioeconomic development. He is in charge of all compassion ministry projects addressing social and economic challenges of local communities. He is involved in spearheading sustainability initiatives at Lifeway Global working closely with the management team and area coordinators.

Joseph has a bachelor's degree in community development from Zetech University of Kenya and has now served with Lifeway Global since the year 2017.
