Farming God’s Way: Joshua’s Story of Faith and Agriculture

When you visit the Sigei’s farm outside of Kericho, you’ll find more than just rows of beans and maize, you get a beautiful glimpse of how business and discipleship can come together.

Along with his family, Joshua runs an organic produce farm that has become a beautiful access point for sharing the Gospel. Through a program he implements called Farming God’s Way, he introduces local farmers to better agricultural practices inspired by how God intended man to work the soil.

In training other farmers in this methodology, this opens doors for conversations about faith and provides practical support to others in need. So every crop harvested represents not only provision for families but also another chance to share the message of Jesus Christ.

And the business training and funding that he got from Videre helped him buy more land so that he could reach more people with the Gospel through his business!
